William Vernon Keebler, Sr., 84 of Fredericksburg, Virginia, formerly of Oceans Springs, Mississippi passed away Sunday, October 9, 2016. Born in Mississippi, he had retired as a carpenter and was a beloved and loving husband, father who will be greatly missed by his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Verna Keebler and his brother, Daniel Keebler.
Survivors include his wife, Stella Anita Keebler; eight children, Gil Keebler, Dwayne Mandolini, Stanley Keebler, David Keebler, Clara Griffing, Billie Welch, Maria Polhemus and Will Keebler; his siblings, Bobby Keebler, Jeannette Randolph, Janice Peterson and Gerald Keebler; numerous grandchildren including, Felicia, Nina, Tony, Brandon, Jacob, Brittany, Tiffany, Quinn, Tracie, Makayla, Shea, Alaric, Amelia, Arabella, Nash, Jared and Chris and three great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, October 13th at 7:00 PM in the chapel of Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green, Virginia, with Pastor Mike McGee officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior. Burial, with Navy Honors, will follow on Friday, October 14th at 10:00 AM in Quantico National Cemetery, Triangle, Virginia. Condolences may be left for the family online at www.storkefuneralhome.com.
