Truett B. Shook, 91, passed away on November 28, 2017, the son of David and Cora Shook. He was an Army WWII veteran and retired from NSWC and the National Guard. He was an avid fisherman and waterman for more than 30 years. He loved hunting and NASCAR.

He is predeceased by his parents, two brothers and five sisters. He is survived by his daughter, Jody Lloyd; brother, Colonel Shook; grandson, Christopher Jerow; granddaughter, Amanda Jerow; niece, Betty Durrer and numerous other nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Friday, December 1, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Storke Funeral Home, Nash and Slaw Chapel, King George, VA. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 2 at 11:00 am at Storke Funeral Home, Nash and Slaw Chapel, King George, VA, with interment following at Historyland Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Some Gave All, 9337 Hickory Ln, King George, VA 22485. Condolences may be left for the family at
