Mabel Pitts Weymouth, 90, of Richmond died Mon., Oct. 1, 2018. Born in Caroline County, she had retired as a bookkeeper for J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College. She is survived by two children, Janet Weymouth Dillard (Stuart) and Garland Wade Weymouth (Gail); two granddaughters, Erin Leigh and Emma Louise; and two sisters, Ellen Carter and Ruth Pitts. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Harry Franklin, Marion, Margaret, Annie, Esther, Lillian, Dick, Nellie, Edward, William Russell, Bettie and Thomas Lee. A funeral service will be held 2 pm Thursday, Oct. 4, 2018 in the chapel of Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Mt. Hermon Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
