Kathaleen J. Tillapaugh, 80 of Ruther Glen VA, formerly of Delhi NY passed away Thursday, August 3, 2017.

Survivors include her husband, Ronald Tillapaugh; her daughter, Beth Dickson (Scott); her son, Charles Tillapaugh (Amy); five grandchildren; two sisters, Doris Jones and Dawn Spencer and one brother Charles McDonald. She was preceded in death by five siblings, Phyllis, Shirley, Sharley, Maxine and Fred.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 5th at 1:00 PM in United Ministry of Delhi, Delhi NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wright's Chapel United Methodist Church P.O. Box 193 Ladysmith VA 22501 or United Ministry of Delhi 2 Church Street, Delhi NY 13753.
