Herbert L. Vaillancourt (Herbie), a local celebrity of Caroline County, VA, 57 years young, was born on Saturday December 5, 1959, went to be with his Lord & Savior in the early morning hours of November 15, 2017.

He was preceded in death by his father, Phillip R. Vaillancourt; mother, Naomi R. Vaillancourt (Strayer) & brother Phillip Vaillancourt. He is survived by his daughter, Amber Vaillancourt, son, Philip Vaillancourt (Stephanie); two grandchildren, Avery and Makayla; sister, Toni M. James; brothers, Glen & Victor Vaillancourt as well as several nieces & nephews.

He was born in Altoona, PA, raised in Stafford and Colonial Beach, VA. He was a carpenter by trade & loved building. He was an avid partier & was loved by all. He loved his family, friends & being outdoors either looking for eagles or just sitting by a fire.

A memorial service will be held at Storke Funeral Home in Bowling Green, VA on December 2, 2017 at 11 a.m with Pastor Frank Johnson officiating.
