Frank E. Lincoln, Jr., 78, of Colonial Beach, passed away May 12, 2018. He was born in Rockaway Beach, New York on May 21, 1939 to his parents, Frank E. Lincoln, Sr. and Margaret Madson Lincoln. Frank was in the Navy from 1956 to 1959. He had many HVAC certifications. Frank loved his family, church, country and the water. His hobbies that he enjoyed were watching the Washington Nationals, the Washington Redskins, NASCAR, boat racing and his pets. He was a member of AMVETS, DAV, VFW, American Legion Colonial Beach, Rescue Squad Colonial Beach and United Methodist Men. He retired from Southern Maryland Oil Corporation and College of Southern Maryland. He is pre deceased by his parents, Frank E. Lincoln, Sr. and Rita B. Lincoln; his biological mother, Margaret Madson Lincoln; step brother Steven Lowery; and 3 wives, Arleen, Phyllis and Beatrice Lincoln. He is survived by his wife, Lynn Lincoln; 2 sisters, Linda Binos and family, Lauren Asmus and family; 3 children, Frank E. Lincoln III and family, Darleen Morris and family, Deanna Batton and family; step-daughter, Linda Leapley and family; step-sons, Jeff Mayse and family, David McBroom; daughter-in-law Pamela Lowery and family; 13 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, family friends Ruby and Tom McNeel, and his very special canine companions; Casey, Farley, Molly and Rocky. A funeral service will be held at Colonial Beach United Methodist Church on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at 12:00pm with a visitation one hour prior to the service. A luncheon will be held at the church at 1:00pm with burial to follow at 3:00pm at Trinity Memorial Gardens in Waldorf, Maryland. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Colonial Beach United Methodist Church, 1 Washington Ave, P.O. Box 89, Colonial Beach, VA 22443.
