Forrest Wayne Walters, 69, of King George passed away June 12, 2018 in McGuire VA Medical Center. Wayne was the son of the late Bob and Jane Walters and served in Vietnam with the United States Army. He was a member of the VFW, DAV, Lions Club and the King George Democratic Committee. Survivors include his children, Forrest Wayne Walters II and Heather Dawn Good (Kevin); his brother, Robert Ancil Walters II; grandsons, Gavin and Ryland Good and his partner, Phyllis Ann Elliott. The family will receive friends at the King George chapel of Storke Funeral Home, Friday, June 22nd from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. A funeral service will be held Saturday, June 23rd at 11:00 am in Shiloh Baptist Church, with burial to follow in Historyland Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Storke Funeral Home or Online condolences may be left for the family at

I was so sorry to hear of Wayne's (or Mr. Walters, as I knew him) passing. I went to school with his son, and Wayne was always very kind to me and my family. I wish those who survive him nothing but the best and hope they have boundless solace and support in these trying times.
